Join us at the Forage space in Ojai for an intimate chocolate talk and tasting experience hosted by Beato Chocolates, a woman-owned, artist-focused chocolate company inspired by the audacious spirit of Beatrice “Beato” Wood, the Mama of Dada.
This guided tasting takes guests on a sensory and historical journey through the Dada art movement and Wood’s life story, using chocolate as the medium. Participants will sample six different Beato chocolate bars along with one sculptural chocolate, each crafted with Fair Trade Certified ingredients and wrapped in Wood’s original artwork and witty expressions.
Nestled in the heart of Ojai, Beato Chocolates reflects the town’s deep artistic roots. Founders Lisa Casoni and Heather Stobo channel Wood’s irreverent charm and creative legacy into every bar, blending art, storytelling, and flavor into a single experience.
